| John Cook - President and Chief Executive Officer | | | Mr. Cook has more than 45 years of professional experience in all facets of mining development, operations and management. He is currently Chairman of Premier Gold Mines Limited, a TSX listed company. He is a director of Anaconda Mining Inc., GLR Resources Inc. and Nord Resources Corp., all TSX listed companies, and a director of Uranium City Resources Inc. and MBMI Resources Inc., both TSX-V listed companies. He is also a director of Homeland Uranium Inc., an unlisted reporting issuer. Mr. Cook was Chairman of Wolfden Resources Inc. until its purchase by Zinifex Limited in June, 2007. He has been the President of Tormin Resources Limited, a private mining company since May 1995, and is a graduate of Sheffield University in mining engineering.

| | | | Graeme Rabone – Chief Geologist | | | Mr. Rabone has 32 years continuous experience in mineral exploration and mine geology in Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia, Canada, the U.S., Chile and México. He holds a Diploma of Applied Geology (B.Sc. equivalent), from Australia’s Bendigo Institute of Technology (now La Trobe University) and, in 2002, was awarded a Master of Applied Science (Research) from the University of Canberra, Australia. Mr. Rabone is Principal of Graeme Rabone and Associates Pty Ltd, a geoscientific consulting firm founded by him in 1994, which specialises in mineral project generation and evaluation, exploration management, and resource definition and development. Prior to embarking on a career as a consulting geologist, he held senior positions with Homestake for twelve years and the Aberfoyle-Cominco group of companies for a further eight years and served in the Production/Chief Geologist position in two open pit gold mines and an open pit/underground tin mine. He has had experience with most styles of precious and base metal deposits, in addition to platinum, diamond and opal exploration. He is credited with key roles in the discovery, identification, evaluation and resource expansion of significant gold and base metal deposits in Australia, and has authored or co-authored several geoscientific publications. In 1996 Mr. Rabone was awarded the Joe Fisher Medal for Excellence in Mining by the Darwin, Northern Territory branch of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and remains a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a life member of the Bendigo Institute of Technology Gold Medallists Association.

Gledhill – Chief Financial Officer | | | Mr. Gledhill is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and is the President of Keshill Consulting Associates Inc., a boutique management consulting practice specializing in the areas of financial management and control, information systems implementation and strategic management. Stephen has over 20 years of financial-control experience most recently as the CFO of a Toronto-based merchant bank. He currently serves as the CFO and board member for several small- to medium-cap mining and resource companies.

| | | | Bill Fleshman - Project Manager | | | Mr. Fleshman is a geologist with 33 years of continuous experience in the mining industry, managing exploration and development projects in the United States, Australia, Myanmar, Mexico and Norway. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology, from Western Washington State University. He started his career in copper exploration and then moved into uranium exploration and has been in gold exploration, development, and production since 1981. Mr. Fleshman has previously been involved with five exploration projects that were brought successfully into production. He has been member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy since 1987 and a chartered professional of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (CPAussIMM) and as such a QP under NI-43-101.

| | | | Rob Stewart - Manager, Development | | | Mr. Stewart is a geologist with over 18 years of continuous experience in the mining industry, and has worked or consulted on resource projects worldwide, primarily in the roles of project development, resource evaluation, and mining geology. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Geology, from Australia's Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He was a consulting geologist with Golder Associates for 6 years and previously held various operational and development roles with Pan Australian Resources, William Australia, Newcrest Mining, and Paragon Resources. He has had experience in gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, nickel, iron ore, bauxite and cement. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, and a Member of the Australasian Institue of Mining and Metallurgy. He is responsible for the management of the resource inventory and all aspects of advancing projects through the scoping, feasibility study and development stages.

| | | | Christian Del Valle - Manager, Corporate Development & Investor Relations | | | Mr. Del Valle is responsible for Corporate Strategy - Communications, Investor Relations, Corporate Finance and Regulatory Reporting - with San Anton Resource Corporation. He brings over five years of experience in market research, communications and international business development. He was previously with International Datacasting Corp. (IDC) where he managed several investment viability study projects to develop JVs abroad, and participated in the preparation of the company's strategic business plan. He was also involved in diverse marketing communications activities including the release of quarterly and annual financial reports, and the coordination of tradeshows. Prior to IDC, Mr. Del Valle worked in Mexico as market research analyst for an IT research firm and as financial analyst for a consulting firm where he was involved in the preparation of an IPO prospectus and the valuation of SMEs for merge and acquisition purposes. Mr. Del Valle is fluent in Spanish and holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the ITAM (Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México) University.
