Vaughn R. MacLellan - DirectorVaughn R. MacLellan – Director, Member of the Compensation Committee, Member of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee:  Mr. MacLellan is a partner in the Toronto law firm Wildeboer Dellelce LLP. His practice focuses on securities law, with an emphasis on corporate finance, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and securities compliance matters.  His experience has encompassed a broad range of transactions including private and public market financings, Capital Pool Companies, private and public mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and public company obligations.  Mr. MacLellan is a graduate of the London School of Economics (LL.M., 1996), the University of New Brunswick (LL.B, 1995) and Dalhousie University (B.Comm, 1990), and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Nova Scotia Barristers Society.
