Kings-San Anton, S.A. de C.V. (“KSA”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of San Anton Resource Corporation, holds a 64% participating interest in San Anton de las Minas S.A. de C.V. (“SAM”), a joint venture corporation which owns 100% of the San Anton Property in the state of Guanajuato in central Mexico. The remaining 36% participating interest in SAM is held by Desarollos Mineros San Luis S.A. de C.V. (“Luismin”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Goldcorp Inc. (“Goldcorp”).
